Owner Tyler Jackson was born and raised in Arvada, Colorado, and is proud to serve the community he grew up in. With more than two decades of experience in HVAC service, system startup, and mechanical commissioning, Tyler has built a career ensuring that complex mechanical systems operate exactly as they were designed. His professional background includes commissioning and troubleshooting HVAC systems for healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, laboratories, and other mission-critical environments where reliability and performance are essential.

Those projects require an obsessive attention to detail, rigorous testing, and a commitment to doing things the right way. That same mindset is brought to every home Kraken Heating & Cooling serves. Whether it is a furnace tune-up, a system repair, or a new installation, Tyler approaches each project with the same level of care and precision he would apply when commissioning a cleanroom or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

As a local Arvada resident, Tyler understands the climate, homes, and heating and cooling challenges unique to the Colorado Front Range. More importantly, he believes in treating every customer like a neighbor—because most of the time, they are.

Outside of HVAC work, Tyler is a lifelong builder and problem solver. He enjoys woodworking, leatherworking, electronics and circuit design, renovating homes and spaces, and creating things with his hands. When he is not in the workshop or helping customers stay comfortable, you can often find him hiking, skiing, or fishing somewhere in the Colorado mountains with his family.
